The Problem We’re Solving

We understand young people's world…

  • Certainly not all, but some students are overwhelmed by choices and lack direction.

  • Many don’t know their strengths or how to match them to careers.

  • Schools are stretched thin — counselors carry heavy caseloads.

  • Families often lack tools to guide students toward trades, college, or vocational paths.

  • Mental and emotional stress is rising; students need mentorship and grounding.

  • What those kinds of students need is clarity, guidance, and someone walking alongside them.

What We Offer (at no cost to the school):

  • Skills Assessments - Students will discover strengths, aptitudes, and career pathways.

  • Career Counseling Support - We will partner with your existing counselors to expand capacity.

  • Mentorship - Community and church mentors will walk with students through decisions and challenges.

  • Scholarships - For both college and trade programs — honoring all pathways.

What We Need From The School

  • A point of contact (counselor or administrator)

  • Permission to run assessments

  • Space for small-group sessions

  • Help identifying students in need of direction

Example Program Flow

  1. Assessment - Student completes CliftonStrengths + O*NET Interest Profiler.

  2. Counselor Review - Career counselor at Willis HS interprets results.

  3. Mentor Match - Student is paired with a mentor aligned to their strengths.

  4. Scholarship Pathway - Results inform whether student pursues trade, college, or vocational scholarship.

  5. Faith-Based Life Coaching (Optional) - Integrate scripture reflection (Romans 12:6 — “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us”)
